Led by Chef Markee Manaloto, highlights here include dry-aged fish flown in from Toyosu Market. They do a 12pc ($115) or 15pc ($155) of nigiri (plus handrolls and soup), a chef's tasting ($125), and I also hear they have an exclusive A5 Wagyu burger limited to five orders per day.
