Here’s where the feather starts to take its recognizable shape.

There’s no template for this part. I cut each piece at different angles, playing around with the shapes as I go. And with a whole lot of cuts to make, the Mastercraft cordless mitre saw and stand gives me the workspace and support I need to keep things moving.

My advice? Don’t overthink it. Get creative and let the pieces come together as you work!
