Organs were moved, fibroids are gone, and I am still processing the fact that I survived a major myomectomy. Having my body literally opened up and put back together has taught me that healing isn’t linear. My body deserves nothing but love, patience, and absolute grace for everything it just pushed through.

For the girlies who are going through the same thing or soon to be, this is your reminder that you’re truly that girl!!!

Yesterday truly humbled me when I discovered I literally have to rebuild any and all ab strength back.
