Whole spices:star anis 1 small, mace 1/2flower, clove 2, cinnamon 1 inch)
Blanch ;
Onion 1 medium size
Cashews 12-15
Green cardamom 4-5
Black pepper 1 tsp

Green chilli & ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chicken kheema 1/2kg
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Cream 1/2 cup
For garnish:
Dry red chilli 
Coriander leaves 
Green chilli chopped 
Kasuri methi
