We’re excited to share that The Heinz Endowments has committed $5,000 in sponsorship support for the inaugural Keystone Liberation Leadership Academy Graduation & Leadership Retreat.

KLLA is a 15-week leadership formation program through SisTers PGH for Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color who are transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive across Pennsylvania.

The retreat will be the culminating in-person experience for our first cohort of six participants, centered on leadership, rest, safety, joy, connection, liberation, and graduation.

We are incredibly grateful for this investment, and we are inviting other organizations, foundations, philanthropic partners, businesses, and community supporters to join us as sponsors.

Individuals can also support the campaign with a donation of any size. Every contribution helps us cover travel, lodging, meals, transportation, wellness experiences, graduation activities, and the full retreat experience for participants.

We’ve raised $5,390 so far toward our $50,000 goal, and we’re just getting started.
