Applications are open through the end of August for the inaugural 2026–2027 Keystone Liberation Leadership Academy!

This fall, SisTers PGH will welcome 6 Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse Pennsylvanians into our first cohort.

The Keystone Liberation Leadership Academy is a 15-week virtual leadership experience focused on investing in and developing the next generation of BIPOC trans leaders across Pennsylvania.

Cohort members will receive a $1,500 leadership stipend, participate in leadership development and community building, learn from BIPOC trans leaders from across the country, and participate in a graduation leadership retreat.

And we want to be clear about something: apply with intention. Take your time with the application and answer the questions with integrity, purpose, and thoughtfulness. This is not a cohort where you simply show up for 15 weeks and automatically pass. We are looking for people who are ready to engage, participate, challenge themselves, put in the work, and grow as leaders.

Applicants must reside in Pennsylvania.
