🚨 Applications are officially open! 🚨

SisTers PGH is excited to announce that applications are now being accepted for the Keystone Liberation Leadership Academy (KLLA)—a 15-week leadership formation academy for Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color (BIPOC) transgender, nonbinary, and gender-expansive Pennsylvanians.

We’re selecting six participants to join the inaugural KLLA cohort.

This isn’t your average leadership academy.

KLLA is not a fellowship or a webinar series. It is a rigorous leadership academy designed to develop ethical, accountable, and sustainable leaders through live instruction, reflection, group learning, applied exercises, and a leadership capstone project.

Participants will explore:

* Personal Leadership Development
* Kingian Nonviolence & Conflict Transformation
* Trauma-Informed Community Care
* Ethical Nonprofit Leadership & Program Building
* Housing Justice & Community Infrastructure
* Advocacy, Policy & Civic Engagement
* Movement Sustainability
* Capstone: Build Your Leadership Project

Selected participants will receive:

* $1,500 participation stipend
* Fifteen weeks of leadership formation
* Leadership capstone coaching and development
* Exclusive learning opportunities with guest speakers, nationally recognized organizers, movement leaders, and subject matter experts
* Graduation and certificate of completion
* An in-person Graduation & Leadership Induction Retreat
* Induction into the Keystone Leadership Network

We’re investing in the next generation of BIPOC trans leaders who will build ethical organizations, strengthen communities, sustain movements, and lead with accountability.
