SisTers PGH has received a $15,000 investment from the 2026 RISE HIGH Growth Grant through Neighborhood Allies (nhbdalliespgh ) to support our Keystone Liberation Leadership Academy.

The Keystone Liberation Leadership Academy (KLLA) was created to cultivate, support, and strengthen the next generation of transgender leaders across Pennsylvania through leadership development, mentorship, community building, and hands-on learning opportunities.

We are incredibly grateful to nhbdalliespgh for believing in this vision and investing in transgender leadership across our Commonwealth.

This is another major investment in transgender leadership across Pennsylvania. With this award, we have now secured $25,000 to support the launch of our first KLLA cohort, and we’re just getting started.

Applications for our inaugural cohort will open within the next few weeks. We will be selecting 6 to 8 transgender Pennsylvanians to participate in this unique leadership experience.

Participants will receive:
• Leadership development training
• Mentorship opportunities
• A leadership retreat experience
• A $1,500 stipend upon successful completion of the program
