These might be the EASIEST budget-friendly Halloween decorations ever—and they’re SO cute! 👻 You can use them for a balloon arch, turn them into a garland, or just scatter them around the house for some spooky fun.

Here’s what you need:
🎈 1 white balloon
🟢 1 colored balloon — I used green, but blue or red would be so fun too!
⚫️ Optional: Add a black balloon inside for an extra layer and even spookier eyeball
✏️ 1 skewer, pencil or straw
🖊️ Black and/or red marker

Just layer the balloons, inflate, and add your spooky eyeball details! 👁️ You can make a whole bunch in just a few minutes.
