Did you know North Carolina is one of a handful of states where a spouse can sue a third party over an affair?

Former U.S. Sen. Kyrsten Sinema can be sued under the state’s “homewrecker” law over her relationship with a married man, a federal judge ruled Friday.

The lawsuit was filed by the man’s ex-wife, who alleges Sinema interfered in their marriage.
