Meet the facilitator: Normala Manap! Gerontologist, yoga teacher, and master coach in Guided Autobiography.

A well-established figure in the aged care sector, Normala also joined us at 72-13 last year as a panelist in Ageing Artfully, a post-screening dialogue of The House of Janus at DnA Fest 2025. We are honoured to have her back for this workshop, and share the importance of life review and autobiography.
