We are sad to see our director go but thrilled to see her fill a critical role in our city😁

Sandra prioritizes opportunities for Detroiters, equity in access to information, effective leadership and efficient policy, goals that will benefit Detroiters greatly in our procurement process. 

Her leadership has brought systematic improvements to both City of Detroit General Services Department & Detroit Parks & Recreation 😎

We are excited to see her bring her leadership to the Office of Contracting and Procurement. 

She is of course responsible for directing the coolest city department in the nation that works so hard to Keep Detroit Beautiful and Clean while bringing the fun🤩🎉

We are confident that she will be a true asset to our city in her new position.
