Comment “RAYS” for the ticket link! This year is Derby themed! raysforrare is an Idaho nonprofit dedicated to uplifting families raising medically fragile children. These children face unique challenges every day, often relying on specialized caregivers, therapies, and high tech medical equipment just to live. Right here in our own community there are more than 5,000 medically fragile children, and the need for support continues to grow.

At the heart of this mission is Megan Schomer, the founder and President-CEO of Rays for Rare. After the loss of her son Corwyn, she turned her grief into purpose, creating a lifeline for families who often feel unseen and overwhelmed. Watching her lead with such heart is inspiring, and we were honored to join her at the founder’s table and celebrate the impact she has made.

The raysforrare_sunshinegala is always so inspiring, not just because of the beauty of the evening, but because of the generosity, advocacy, and hope it represented.
