🚨 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 What a a few days it’s been for 17 year-old Harvey Higgins. He made his first-team debut for Blackburn Rovers last Saturday and on Tuesday he made his home debut. 👏

The striker has represented England scoring twice in three games for the U17s. Blackburn have a history of giving their top youngsters opportunities. #rovers
