August testing is in the books at Linganore. 🔴⚫

The Lancers showed OUT — L. Sandowski led Varsity with a 21.0 MPH Fly, 115.5” Broad Jump, and the top TrueAP Rating at 8.42. B. Willis took the Vertical at 29.2”, while M. Moats set the pace in Pro-Agility at 4.28.

JV brought it too — Alnutt led the Fly and Pro-Agility, Murphy topped the Vertical and TrueAP Rating, while Stevenson and Crawford tied for the Broad Jump lead.

Speed. Change of direction. Power. Linganore has some ATHLETES. 📈🏈
