Most catchers struggle getting their back leg rotated down all the way. 😬

I feel like position players were never taught throwing mechanics… but pitchers are all like “yeah everyone knows that”

I believe every player should get specific coaching on throwing mechanics - especially when they’re younger. 💪

It’s much harder to change arm path / throwing mechanics when in High School
