Business. School. Fitness. Life. Content. Emails. Planning. And whatever else I remembered I was supposed to do 20 minutes ago. 😩😂

At 49, I’ve learned that productivity isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes I need to sit down, get focused and give my brain a fighting chance to catch up with my ambition.

That’s where @gorillamind fits into MY routine. I use it specifically for focus and brain function when it’s time for me to lock in. 🧠✨

Because this chapter of my life isn’t about slowing down.
