🇺🇸 THE SENATE CLARITY ACT VOTE IS OFFICIALLY ONE WEEK AWAY 👀

Sen. Cynthia Lummis says the Senate will hold a procedural vote on the CLARITY Act one week from today.

This is not final passage yet.

It is a cloture vote on whether the Senate can move forward with debate on the bill, but the stakes are massive.

Lummis warned that if the CLARITY Act does not pass this Congress, the next real opportunity to bring market structure legislation back up may not come until 2030.

In other words 👉 This could be the most important Bitcoin and crypto policy vote of the year.

That matters because the U.S. has spent years without clear rules for Bitcoin and digital assets.

✅ Builders need clarity
✅ Consumers need protection
✅ Institutions need standards
✅ Markets need clear CFTC and SEC lanes
✅ America needs to decide whether it leads or falls behind

The CLARITY Act is about replacing uncertainty with a federal rulebook.

It is about moving from regulation by enforcement to rules written by Congress.

One week from today, the Senate gets its first major test.
