Copycat Texas roadhouse dinner rolls with cinnamon butter 
1 packet of instant yeast
2.5 cups all purpose flour 
1 cup warm milk (105 degrees)
1.5 tbsp sugar 
4 tbsp melted unsalted butter 
1 room temp egg (run under warm water for 2 minutes)
2 tsp salt 

2 sticks softened butter 
1 tbsp cinnamon 
1 tsp vanilla 

Bake for 15-18 mins @ 350 degrees
