For years, I thought the hardest part of my story was what happened to me.

But looking back, I realize the deepest damage came from what I started believing because of it.

That I wasn’t enough.
That I didn’t matter.
That I wasn’t capable of doing extraordinary things.

Those weren’t facts. They were stories.

And when I finally started questioning those stories, the direction of my entire life changed.

I learned to fly. ✈️
I competed on Survivor. 🔥
I stepped onto stages and found my voice. 🎤
And now I help other people challenge the stories that have been keeping them small.

Your past may explain what you believe about yourself, but it doesn’t get to decide who you become next.
