I went on Survivor at almost 60 and came home with proof that I’d been wrong about myself for most of my life. ❤️‍🔥

Survivor didn’t make me strong.

It showed me the woman I had spent years becoming.

For so much of my life, a younger version of me believed she wasn’t enough. That she didn’t matter. That extraordinary things were meant for other people.

Then there I was… exhausted, scared, uncomfortable, competing against people half my age.

And I made it all the way to the FINAL 3.

Not because fear disappeared.
Not because I suddenly became someone different.
But because I finally stopped letting the old version of my story decide what I was capable of.

Sometimes you don’t need to become stronger.

You need to finally SEE the strength that’s already in you.

And if you’ve spent years believing you’re not enough, not capable, or that it’s too late to become who you were meant to be… I want to help you challenge that story.
