According to tmztv, A.B. says he entered into an agreement with Suzette, their mother Marcella Quintanilla and Selena’s husband, Chris Pérez, following Selena’s death in 1995. He claims the agreement entitles him to a portion of the net profits generated from Selena’s entertainment properties.

A.B. alleges issues arose after Suzette became CEO of Q Productions and took control of Selena’s business affairs. He claims she has refused to pay him more than $1 million he believes he is owed.
