#D4vd is facing a wrongful death lawsuit from the family of #CelesteRivasHernandez, exactly one year after the 14-year-old’s remains were discovered in the trunk of his Tesla.

D4vd, whose real name is #DavidAnthonyBurke, is already charged with murder, lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 and mutilating a body. He has pleaded not guilty and was ordered to stand trial in July.

In the lawsuit, Celeste’s family alleges D4vd arranged for her to be transported to his Hollywood Hills home beginning in 2024. They also claim people around the singer knew or should have known about his alleged sexual exploitation of Celeste and failed to intervene.

The lawsuit includes 12 claims, nine against D4vd, and also names his mother, manager, live-in security guard and others connected to him.
