#TPain is suing #Akon’s Konvict Entertainment, claiming the record label owes him nearly $500,000 in unpaid royalties, AJCNews reports.

According to a lawsuit filed in Fulton County Superior Court, T-Pain alleges Konvict received more than $1.3 million in royalties from a distributor in March for his music sales during the second half of 2025. Under his agreements, T-Pain says he is entitled to 75% of the label’s net royalties from his record sales.

T-Pain claims Konvict paid him $489,047 in June, but still owes him another $489,047. He alleges the label told him to seek the remaining money from its affiliate, BuVision, but his representatives were unsuccessful.
