Ric Flair is suing a digital talent agency for at least $10 million, saying it tricked him into signing away rights to his own identity.

The Independent obtained the complaint, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court against FAM Networks. Flair says he opened an emailed contract at 5:57 PM on December 5, 2025, and signed it 14 minutes later without a lawyer, despite language in the document stating it had been negotiated with counsel. The agreement allegedly gave FAM an irrevocable, perpetual license to his name, image, likeness, voice and social media accounts.

Per the complaint, FAM promised speaking engagements and appearances at a 90 percent cut, 50 percent on collaborative projects, 10 percent on passive content, and to restore his hacked, demonetized Facebook page. "These were not aspirations. They were contractual obligations. FAM delivered none of them." The suit says FAM instead took control of the Facebook page, made as much as $20,000 a month from it, and paid Flair nothing.

Flair told The Independent he has lost at least $250,000 and wants to "bury" the people at FAM. He's asking the court to void the contract, return his Facebook page and order a full accounting of revenue. The Independent said messages to five FAM departments came back undeliverable.
