As the Artificial Intelligence Creative Community (AI/CC) continues to grow as an international platform for generative art, film, and storytelling, we are strengthening our team and expanding the ways creativity can contribute to meaningful cultural and global conversations.

We are delighted to announce Margarida Barreto margarida.barreto28 as AI/CC’s Head of Global Awareness and Impact.

Margarida has been part of AI/CC since its early days, contributing to the community and its evolving vision. In her new role, she will lead the development of initiatives that connect creativity, global awareness, and positive impact, identifying opportunities for AI/CC to engage with meaningful causes, campaigns, organizations, and international partnerships.

Her work will explore how artists and emerging creative technologies can participate in wider conversations around nature, our planet, society, humanity, and our shared future — bringing together artistic expression and issues that extend beyond the creative community itself.

Working alongside AI/CC’s leadership and international community, Margarida will help identify and develop projects, campaigns, and collaborations where creativity can become a powerful vehicle for awareness, dialogue, and impact.

As AI/CC enters its next chapter, this role represents an important expansion of our mission: not only supporting the future of creativity, but exploring how creativity can contribute meaningfully to the future we collectively shape.
