For the Wrap
Mission Spinach Herb Wraps (or any tortilla/wrap)
Thinly sliced eggplant
Tomatoes, chopped
Red onion, chopped
Pickled cucumbers, sliced
Hot sauce
@mrpapous 🫒 oil 
🌯 Assemble
Warm your wrap.
Spread tahini sauce.
Add fried eggplant, tomatoes, red onion & pickled cucumbers.
Add falafels — I like to gently crush them with my hands for the texture.
Drizzle with @mrpapous olive oil and hot sauce.
