For the meat:
2 lbs goat/mutton
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped onions
Salt, to taste
Black pepper
Red chili powder
Ginger garlic paste
Black cardamom
Cinnamon sticks
Cumin seeds
A little water
Oil, for sautéing
For the shalgam:
3 lbs turnip roots (shalgam)
A little water
A handful of spinach
For finishing:
Sugar, to taste
Garam masala
Fresh cilantro
Green chilies
