Thrash It: To chase every ground ball, battle for every possession, attack every opportunity, and bring your absolute best energy to the field — all while playing with respect and good sportsmanship.

Lacrosse is an aggressive, fast-paced sport. We want our Hoyas to go after it! 💪 We want them competing hard, playing with confidence, and bringing the energy from the first whistle to the last.

But there’s a difference between playing aggressively and playing with negative intent. Sometimes the competition gets heated, emotions rise, and the intensity gets turned up a little too high. That’s part of sports — and that’s where great coaching and officiating make a difference.

👏 A big THANK YOU to our coaches and referees who help ALL players recognize those moments, reset, and bring the energy back down when needed.

Play hard. Play tough. Thrash it. 🥍🔥

Just remember: Respect the game. Respect your teammates. Respect your opponents.
