That virus from 2020 is making the rounds again, and the sore throat can be BRUTAL.

My pharmacist go-tos:
• Ibuprofen for pain + inflammation
• Nasal steroid to calm inflammation
• Salt water gargle
• Honey to coat the throat
• Benzocaine lozenges to numb the pain
• Liquid antacid + liquid Benadryl as a medicated gargle, then SPIT IT OUT
