Because open doesn’t always mean operating normally. At 7% capacity, with staff cut and a city-wide situation, the venue activated force majeure.

Not the artist’s fault. Not the venue’s. Not the agency’s. Sometimes it’s just bigger than everyone. The artist loses income, the venue loses business, the agency loses trust. Nobody wins.
