## Caption

These Longhorns spent their summer in Senegal as part of the LBJ School's Global Internship Experience program with utexasglobal.🤘🇸🇳

Over six weeks, they studied Senegalese and West African politics, culture, history and development, interned with organizations across Dakar, and lived with local host families.

They returned with new global perspectives, meaningful connections, and skills they’ll carry into their academic and professional careers. 🌍
