NEW & IMPROVED!! My Apple Pie Cookies have been a popular dessert on my website for years, but I just improved the recipe with a brown butter cookie base that doesn’t spread as much so you can fit in more apple filling! 🥳🍎 

Head to the Apple orchard this weekend and then make these - they truly taste just like apple pie with much less fuss! The cookies are spiced and chewy with crisp edges. Fill ‘em with a tender apple filling, salted caramel sauce, and a cinnamon crumble.
