1lb 80/20 ground beef
1 white onion
Lettuce
Tomato
American cheese
Ketchup
Mayonnaise 
Salt and pepper 

Griddled ground beef and onion on @webergrills slate griddle. Browned beef and seasoned well before adding cheese slices and chopping in together. Assembled sandwich using Griddled onions, beef, lettuce, tomato and topped with ketchup and mayo.
