Christian Marclay’s exhibition at White Cube Paris is now open.

Engaging with the sonic event in all its permutations, Christian has developed a longstanding fascination with the relationship between image and sound.

‘A silent representation of sound, as in painting or sculpture, intrigues me because its muteness underscores sound’s intangible nature,’ the artist has noted. ‘The image becomes instead the representation of an absence.’ 💬

📍 The exhibition is on view until 10 October 2026 at White Cube Paris.
