Lemon poppyseed cake recipe~ cakesbymk.nz 

Boozy Cream Cheese Frosting:
-120g powdered sugar
-50ml heavy cream
-8 oz. cream cheese
-1/3 cup limoncello
-2 tbs. poppyseeds

Steps:
1.After following your lemon poppyseed cake recipe of choice, slice a thin layer off the top of the cake to make it flat.
2.Brush limoncello onto cake.
3.Slice cake into small squares.
4.Pipe your boozy cream cheese frosting onto each cake, then garnish with pressed edible flowers.
5.Serve your mini cakes and enjoy!💛
