Paul "Paulie" Veneto, a retired flight attendant, usually flew United Flight 175, but a schedule change saved his life.

Ever since Sept. 11, 2021, he has been on a mission to make sure his former co-workers and the flight crews of all the other 9/11 flights are remembered as heroes, calling them "the first- first responders."

His initiative pauliespush is doing just that.
