The drills I spammed to go from 9 utr to 11 in under a year. 

Alright I know obviously playing points is what everybody wants to do when they play tennis. But there are things that points just don’t teach, things like tennis IQ, endurance, decision making, and etc. 

Doing drills are boring but if you do see the bigger picture with your tennis, drills should be more fun instead of “waste of time”. So if you are really serious about getting slightly better, doing “boring”” drills are gonna be your recipe to being a little bit better 💪
