Day 4 - PMDD diary 
Although this is my day four of making lifestyle changes and taking supplements to see if I can minimise my PMDD in a few weeks time I am currently on day 10 of ny cycle so coming closer to the ovulation stage which can also be a trigger for my PMDD symptoms #PMDD #pmddcommunity #pmddawareness
