🔥 THIS IS WHAT SOCIAL DANCING IS REALLY ABOUT. 🔥

We started with KONPA… and then the music took us on a whole journey. 🕺🏽💃🏽

And dancing with anfisa.kashirina made it even more special. She is an absolute powerhouse of a dancer. Her musicality, body movement, energy and ability to adapt are on another level. 🔥

You can literally throw different textures and rhythms at her, and she finds a way to make everything look effortless. From the first connection to every little musical detail, she was listening, responding and experimenting with me throughout the entire dance.

One moment we were playing with Konpa, then switching into Urban, exploring Ginga Movement, tarraxo adding different body movements and textures… and suddenly finding our way back to Konpa again.

KONPA → URBAN → TARRAXO → EXPERIMENT → KONPA → RESET. 🔄🔥

And honestly, THAT is what I love about social dancing.

It’s not about having a fixed choreography.
It’s not about knowing exactly what comes next.
It’s about LISTENING. FEELING. EXPERIMENTING. 🎶

You hear something in the music… you try it.
Your partner gives you something… you follow it.
The rhythm changes… you change with it.

And when your partner is someone like Anfisa, who is equally willing to explore and play with the music, the dance becomes a completely different experience. ❤️‍🔥

Every song becomes a conversation.

No choreography. No pressure. No “right” way to do it.

Just music, connection, creativity and two dancers willing to experiment.

This dance reminded me again why I love social dancing so much. Sometimes the best moments are the ones you never planned. 🔥

Thank you, Anfisa, for this crazy dance and for being such an amazing partner on the floor. ❤️‍🔥

Would you try mixing Konpa + Urban + Tarraxo in one social? 👀👇🏽

Tag your favourite dance partner and go experiment! 🔥
