There was a time I couldn't imagine being in a relationship with a man for more than sixteen months. 💔

Because I just knew — he's going to do something, and I'm going to have to leave. That was my mentality.

And so I was never able to love deeply. Not because I didn't trust others. Because I didn't trust myself.

I was the one making the poor choices. I was the one with a love pattern that kept leading me to heartbreak, pain, abuse, lies, deception, overwhelm, and anxiety.

I didn't have self-trust — because I wasn't living in ownership of my own emotions and my own needs.

Now? I've been in a space for years where I can love deeply. I can dive into the abyss of love with my husband, and I know I'm safe. I can receive his love in return. I can receive his care in return.

This is what's possible on the other side of the pattern. 👑
