You are a giving person. A loving person. An intelligent problem solver. You don't have to change any of that — those are beautiful parts of you.

What changes is the energy behind it.

We're releasing the fear that's been fueling you to give in a way that goes against yourself. And now, you're moving in alignment.

You can still be a giver. But instead of giving to earn, you're giving from love — from self-love, self-care, self-acknowledgement. Not self-abandonment.

Here's the new rule:

I give because I want to.
I give because it feels good.
I give because I have the capacity.

And before I give to anyone else — I'm free to give to myself first.

When you give from love, it's mutual. There's reciprocity. You're not overgiving to manufacture a sense of security — you're receiving too.
