What if wastewater plants could get more from the polymer they already use? 

Moleaer has patented a new nanobubble process for polymer activation that helps wastewater treatment plants cut polymer usage and produce drier cake, driving down operating costs. 

The results are significant: 
→ 10–40% less polymer consumption 
→ 2–4 percentage-point increase in cake solids 

The process introduces Moleaer nanobubbles into polymer makedown water before blending, improving polymer performance and giving operators another lever to optimize their dewatering process. 

At Clean Water Services’ Rock Creek facility, operators reduced polymer use by 23% and increase cake dryness from 21% to 23%. They ultimately optimized for total economics, operating at 17% less polymer while producing slightly drier cake. 

At Greer CPW, polymer consumption was reduced by 30% while maintaining the same cake solids. With polymer feed held constant, cake solids increased by 2 to 4 points, depending on polymer type and concentration. 

Less polymer. Drier cake. Better dewatering economics.
