This past weekend, the Marching Greyhounds participated in the @officialmusicforall Bands of America Grand National championships, alongside over 100 other high school marching bands from around the country!

During the Finals Award Ceremony Saturday night, the Carmel HS Marching Band was surprised and elated to receive an invitation to march in the 2027 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California on January 1, 2027, exactly 13 years since the Carmel Marching Band’s inguaral appearance in the storied parade, in January 2014!

That trip and experience was fantastic, just a dream come true, and we look forward to experiencing the @rose_parade with a new generation of kids! We can’t wait to represent the State of Indiana, the City of Carmel and Carmel Clay Schools!

More to come soon, as we begin preparations for this exciting opportunity!
