Heart rate data from my solo race in Acapulco:

Average heart rate of 167 throughout the race. It’s a bit higher than my normal and expected in a Hyrox. My thoughts are the heat and humidity elevated the heart rate a bit.

Stayed steady with a few dips throughout the event. But I was working hard for sure!

I love being able to go back and get insights into the data to see where I can attack and improve for next time.

I used the Helio arm band and connected it to my watch to get more accurate insights.
