【退款隨時變咗扣款⚠️？】

今時今日無論搭車定Shopping，拍一拍卡就畀到錢，但原來喺騙徒嘅精心佈局下，你部手機隨時變成佢嘅提款機💸

近日有騙徒假冒物流公司或網購平台，要求受害人透過通訊軟件聯絡「客服」有關退款事項，並誘使受害人提供銀行卡資料、密碼及OTP（一次性密碼），騙徒隨即會利用相關資料作交易。

喺部份個案當中，騙徒更會引導受害人到假網站下載不明APP以作退款，並指示受害人開啟手機NFC功能，隨後要求受害人將信用卡放到手機上，利用手機NFC功能盜取信用卡資料，繼而進行交易❗️

面對五花八門嘅詐騙手段，就要謹記以下防騙法則：
🛡️提防來歷不明嘅電郵、短訊或社交媒體訊息，切勿點擊可疑連結及下載不明APP
🛡️唔好透露任何敏感個人資料、銀行卡資料、密碼或OTP（一次性密碼）
🛡️滙豐絕對唔會要求客戶將信用卡／扣賬卡貼近手機背面作認證
🛡️一旦懷疑信用卡遺失、被盜或發現可疑交易，請立即經網上或流動理財，或電話熱線鎖卡或報失
🛡️應使用官方渠道下載應用程式

【A Refund or a Scam in Disguise⚠️?】

Tap-to-pay makes everyday spending quick and easy. But in the hands of scammers, your phone could become a tool for stealing your money💸.

Recently, scammers have been impersonating delivery companies and online shopping platforms, asking victims to contact fake "customer service" about refunds. They may then trick victims into providing bank card details, passwords and OTPs (one-time passwords) to make transactions.

Some scammers may even direct victims to fake websites to download unknown apps for refunds, switch on NFC and place their credit card against their phone, leveraging NFC to steal card data and make transactions.❗️

Stay alert and keep these anti-scam tips in mind:
🛡️Be cautious of unsolicited emails, texts and social media messages. Never click suspicious links or download unknown apps.
🛡️Never share sensitive personal information, bank card details, passwords or OTPs (one-time passwords).
🛡️HSBC will never ask you to place your credit or debit card against the back of your phone for authentication.
🛡️If your card is lost or stolen, or you spot a suspicious transaction, lock or report your card immediately via Online Banking, Mobile Banking or our telephone hotline.
🛡️Only download apps from official sources.
