## Caption

Talk about mental health at work usually ends at a benefits page. We built HealthyMinds@Braze to extend the conversation beyond that and make it more than a conversation.

This year: breathwork and somatic movement workshops, wellness lunch & learns, guided trail walks, outdoor yoga in the park, bonsai tree making, vision boards, hot pilates, cardio kickboxing (and that’s just to name a few).

Some of it happens in the office, some of it in a park. Some people want to move, some want to sit down and make something. Nobody has to explain what they’re going through to show up.
