Cooper Kupp really decided to turn the clock back for one play

Seattle was down 10-0 late in the third quarter, Sam Darnold was already out, and Drew Lock was trying to get ANYTHING going with the Seahawks still searching for their first points of the season.

Then Lock gave Kupp a chance down the right sideline.

The ball was slightly underthrown, Kupp adjusted in the air and somehow hauled it in ONE-HANDED for 24 yards while going to the ground. Vintage Cooper Kupp. That catch helped move Seattle into scoring position and eventually set up the field goal that finally got them on the board at 10-3.

Kupp only finished with 2 catches for 35 yards, so the box score isn’t going to jump off the screen. But that grab came at exactly the moment Seattle needed somebody to make a play. The Seahawks eventually erased the 10-point deficit and won 13-10, with Drew Lock finishing 16/22 for 187 yards, 1 TD and 0 INTs after being thrown into the game.

Kupp is 33 now and obviously isn’t the guy putting up 145 catches, 1,947 yards and 16 TDs like he did during that ridiculous 2021 Triple Crown season.

But every once in a while he’ll make a catch like THIS and remind everybody just how special prime Cooper Kupp really was. L

That one-handed grab had a little 2021 Kupp in it, does he still have another big season left in him? 👀👇
