Alex Otlacan is a senior serving his first season as section leader. At U-M, he is studying robotics engineering with a minor in music. Following graduation, he hopes to work in a medicinal setting with research in robotics. “It’s not about always being right and knowing all the right answers but about listening and strengthening each other.”⁠

Amanda Scott is a senior serving her second season as rank leader. At U-M, she is studying mechanical engineering, with plans to pursue a career in biomedical or sustainable energy engineering. “Being in the MMB has taught me how to be a great leader and friend at the same time. It can be a careful balance between the two, but when done correctly, it is so fulfilling to see your closest friends succeed and help them along the way!⁠

David Maleszyk is a junior serving his first season as rank leader. At U-M, he is studying electrical engineering with a minor in music. “Being a leader in the MMB has taught me that little positive changes every day can lead to dramatic improvements.”⁠

Josh Plansinis is a junior serving his first season as rank leader. At U-M, he is studying mechanical engineering with a minor in electrical engineering. “I’ve learned to really appreciate the hard work that was put in by previous leaders for me to succeed.”⁠
