Perry and Doechii debuted 'I'm His, He's Mine' live for the first time during Perry's career-spanning medley at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, where she accepted the Video Vanguard Award, before the studio version arrived two days later as the third single from her seventh album, '143.'
